One of a number of English postbox toppers knitted or crocheted - read here for more like this. Very realistic as the seagulls will take the chips straight out of your hand on the way to your mouth!

Here's the sights from our recent clifftop walk - and yes those canal boats leave the canal for the sea occasionally.  But what has caused the chalky water NOW, I don't know -- never seen it quite like this before, but beautiful in a way.

We face east towards the Goodwin Sands so this is a reflected sunset at 9 pm, 

and this is a 4:50 am sunrise!
